Who are your Role Models?

Updated: Oct 10, 2022

Are there people you admire! You say, "Wow! Aren't They Great!'

Role Models are Important for All of Us! Young children and Adults.

We are always striving to be our best, to overcome obstacles and reach our exciting goals!

Being and Staying Aware of other Fantastic People will fortify us and move us forward with determination. What qualities do we want or need to get where we want to go for an excellent successful life?

Here are five important qualities that come with the designation of 'Role Model.'

  1. They have passion for who they are and what they are doing. They encourage greatness in others.

  2. They know where they are going and how to get there, a very defined set of goals and aspirations.

  3. Are their values similar to yours? Integrity - honesty - family - work ethic - etc.

  4. These persons are not stopped or discouraged with obstacles. They always figure a way through or around the problem.

It's good to think about this for a bit. You do want there to be a good correlation between you and your role model. You might love everything about Celine Dion, but your dream is to become a lawyer. It might be better to have Sandra Day O'Conner or Amal Clooney. Of course, you can have a creative role model and a secular role model! I understand that it's fabulous to work with a team! You might even have a Parenting and Health & Wellness role model.

When you need help, spend a few minutes, quietly with their history, their dispostion and what hurdles they have overcome. Take notes when the brainstorming happens! Instructive and enlightening!
