I am amazed how the universe continues to impress, teach, fascinate, restore us as a family and individually.

I have to say vehemently that I love the everyday blue skies of Sunny Florida! This is my family, my husband for twenty years and our puppy, Maggie.

Before Mindfulness I was a working girl in admin. Beauty is important to me and I love to arrange furniture (and words) and transform even the basics into something beautiful. I love to share what the Universe teaches us.  Twice a day, sunrise and sunset the Universe reminds us of the power of Beauty, Variety and Faithfulness!
