This is about my Mindfulness Journey. Mindfulness is being aware of what the universe at large is delivering to all of your senses. MIndfulness is about developing a calm, quiet mind, brain, the space between your ears.

​​​I was always bothered by the noise in my head, the constant chattering, mostly negative noise that rattled constantly in my brain, mind or head. Oh, there was a racket up there! Mindfulness promised calm and that's what it produced. With Practice! "Knowledge is of no value unless you put it into practice.
